Job Description

Cogent Labs is looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Lahore office. In this vital role, you will be responsible for nurturing high-level client relationships and ensuring their overall satisfaction and retention.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position
