Job Description
Win-Win Solutions, a prominent Business Process Outsourcing company located in Rawalpindi, is currently seeking enthusiastic Fresh Call Center Agents to join our customer service team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
We value excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. While prior experience in customer service is preferred, it is not a requirement. Please note, this position involves night shifts from 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM.
The starting salary for this role is Rs35,00.00 per month.
