Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team as a full-time employee. The position entails a standard work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers a competitive salary aligned with market rates. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies that align with our corporate objectives, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, managing employee relations and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate HR records and payroll, addressing disciplinary actions professionally, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, be fluent in English, possess strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws, demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and effectively manage multiple tasks.
