Job Description
SWATX is currently seeking a skilled CRM & Billing Technical Lead with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This pivotal role involves the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level CRM and billing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and technical acumen to guide teams towards achieving scalable and high-performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Oversee integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, and customer portals.
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and manage system upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine solution design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM & Billing solutions.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
