Responsibilities:
- Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus.
- Flexibility for rotational shifts (females will be prioritized for morning timings).
