Job Description

Overview:

Excelorithm LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team with daily operations, scheduling, and communications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and confidential information.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics.
• Assist with personal tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
