We are a rapidly growing sales organization specializing in solar appointment setting. We invite enthusiastic candidates for the HR Intern position to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintaining HR records and updating databases.
- Coordinating training and engagement activities.
- Providing general administrative support to HR.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR software knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
