Job Description
Organization: Planlab Solutions
Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 9 PM or 1 PM – 10 PM, 9 hours)
Compensation: Competitive salary (Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month) based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience with Zendesk and CRM systems
- 2-3 years in customer support or supervision
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle email queries, live chat, and client calls
- Contribute to CSR project planning and execution
- No sales or commission-based work involved
