Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Communication Executive to manage and enhance our customer interactions at The First Law. You will respond to inquiries, address customer concerns, and ensure seamless communication across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer queries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Maintain clear and professional communication to resolve inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate information and prompt issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements.
