Job Description

INNOVATIVE PVT LTD is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Resolution of assigned complaints on Customer Service Machines (CSMs) & ATM’s within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Installation of ATMs and CSMs.
• Execution of precise troubleshooting techniques.
• Provision of root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
• Provision of analytical reports and documentation to the line manager.
