Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Branch Inspection Officer to ensure that all bakeshop branches adhere to company standards and policies. This role involves inspecting multiple branches to assess operations, cleanliness, product quality, staff performance, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years experience in quality assurance or operations roles, preferably in retail or food.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently between branch locations.
