Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a dedicated Quality Control Executive to maintain our high standards of service quality. In this role, you will monitor calls, provide feedback, and work on improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls for quality and compliance.
- Conduct audits to identify improvements.
- Develop quality control guidelines.
- Collaborate with training teams to enhance agent skills.
Walk-in interviews at AMS, Rawalpindi, from 7:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Pay: Rs35,00 – Rs50,00/month.
