Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Support Specialist to join Prima Systems. You will assist patients via phone, email, and chat to manage their appointment scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient records in the EMR/EHR system.
Requirements:
- 1 year of US-based customer support experience preferred.
- Proficient in EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong English communication skills.

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs130,00.00 per month
