Job Description
Tech Harbour Services is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to act as a liaison between our company and current or potential customers. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls, follow communication scripts, identify customer needs, and offer solutions.
Your responsibilities include upselling products, building sustainable relationships, and maintaining accurate records of conversations in our database.
Requirements include a minimum of an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, strong verbal communication skills, and a focused, results-oriented mindset.
We offer a basic salary of Rs30,00.00, with uncapped commissions. Work hours are from 2PM to 10PM, located in Lahore.
