Job Description
Xcentric Services is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to enhance our human resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining a smooth onboarding process, developing HR strategies, and ensuring administrative duties are efficiently carried out. This role involves overseeing performance appraisals, maintaining compliance with workplace safety, and handling disciplinary procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, proven HR management experience (minimum 2 years in a software house), and excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore Pakistan
