Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is hiring fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to enhance our services.
Requirements: Proficient in English, Windows 10 laptop, high-quality headset, reliable internet (min 15 Mbps).
Shifts: Part-time: 7:30pm-12:30am, Full-time: 7:30pm-5:30am.
