Job Description

Organization: The Diabetes Centre (TDC), Islamabad, Pakistan

Location: Islamabad – Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Post job ads, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate initial interviews and support hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and training databases.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing.

Requirements: MBA/Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
