As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle customer calls, provide online support, and coordinate with the Operations team for fault rectifications. Key tasks include creating and closing network trouble tickets and maintaining records for respective regions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Urdu.

• 6 months experience for Retention and 2 years for Premium Category.
