ROLE OVERVIEW: Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a Territory Manager to lead distribution operations in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will drive sales and meet key performance indicators while contributing to our digital transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales growth and competitive visibility.
• Coordinate with distributors and negotiate joint business planning.
• Manage and optimize route planning.
• Support digital transformation within the territory.
• Lead and develop the sales team.
