Job Description

Ropstam Solutions Inc. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards and social media.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Assist with job ads and managing the ATS.
• Schedule interviews and conduct initial screenings.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. 6 months to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Location: Main G.T Road, DHA 2, Rawalpindi | Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs80,00/month
