Job Description
IBEES Consulting is seeking a fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Packaging-based project targeting an international audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with teams for price quotations and order fulfillment.
- Effectively handle customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: Fluency in English; strong communication skills; fresh graduates welcome. Experience in packaging is a plus.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Timings: 8 PM – 5 AM | Salary: Rs 50,00 – Rs 75,00/month.
