Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking experienced taxi and minicab dispatchers/controllers to efficiently manage inbound bookings and drivers. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
- Inputting bookings into the dispatch system
- Allocating bookings to drivers
- Providing real-time ETAs to customers
- Navigating drivers along the best routes
- Managing email bookings
- Placing bids on jobs
- Dispatching bookings to drivers
Requirements: Previous UK taxi cab controlling experience, knowledge of UK streets and postcodes, familiarity with dispatch systems, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Google Maps.
Shift: Rotational, 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. Salary: From 40,00 PKR per month.
