Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will engage with realtors in the U.S. and Canada through targeted outreach to promote our services. Your focus will be building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, texts, and emails to introduce our services.
-Persuasively present and sell our offerings to help clients achieve their business goals.
-Build and nurture strong client relationships, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by closing sales and delivering effective solutions.
-Collaborate within teams to drive innovation, share feedback, and refine sales tactics.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: PKR 80,00 – 150,00 + Performance Bonuses
Additional Benefits: Monthly & Daily Cash Bonuses, Annual Paid Leave
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Night Shift: 06:45 p.m. to 04:15 a.m.)
Qualifications:
-6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, call centers, or BPO sectors.
-Strong communication skills with a focus on US market familiarity.
-Goal-oriented mindset with excellent listening and negotiation skills.
