Job Description

Campaign: Outbound

Salary Range: $35,00 (plus incentive based on performance)

Requirement: Good English speaking skills.

Job Duties:

• Answer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Process orders, forms, and applications.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Coordinate with the concerned department for follow-ups.
• Generate and follow up on business leads.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
