Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Executive! In this role, you will:

• Answer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Process orders, forms, and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Coordinate with concerned departments for follow-ups
• Generate and follow up on business leads
• Complete any other tasks assigned by your line manager

Remuneration Package: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month. Includes leaves and benefits after six months, such as medical coverage and group life insurance.
