Job Description

Zameen.com is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. Responsibilities include answering calls professionally, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product and service information. You will process orders and applications, escalate priority issues, and coordinate with relevant departments as needed. Additionally, you will follow up on business leads and perform any other tasks assigned by your line manager.
