Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our HR Manager during the night shift (5 PM–2 AM, Monday to Friday). We prefer female candidates for this role, which involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and various HR administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Post jobs, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding.
• Update employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Address employee inquiries and support engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in HR or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HR software experience is a plus.

Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
