Job Description

Secure Logistics Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide essential administrative support to our executives. The EA will play a crucial role in managing the executive’s time, ensuring efficiency, and assisting with various tasks to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and travel.
• Handling communication, including phone calls and emails.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Managing expense reports and budget oversight.
• Assisting with strategic planning and special projects.
• Representing the executive’s voice in meetings and correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
