Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Lasani Online Quran as a full-time Team Lead Manager! In this on-site position, you will oversee daily operations of our online Quran learning platform, manage a dedicated team of teachers, and ensure an exceptional learning experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications for this role include excellent leadership skills, experience in education or online learning platforms, proficiency in communication, and a strong knowledge of Quranic studies and Tajweed. A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Islamic Studies, or a related field is required.
