Job Description

Wrangler Instruments is seeking a skilled HR Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, and administer employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and assist with training initiatives to enhance employee skills.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 3+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS software.
