Job Description
Amigos BPO is looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Verification Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will verify the accuracy of customer-provided information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information for accuracy and authenticity.
- Conduct research to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Maintain detailed records of verification activities.
