Job Description

Call Cafe is currently seeking energetic and passionate International Customer Representatives to join our team. We are hiring both experienced and fresh agents for our campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make calls to our international clients—fluent English is essential.
• Follow communication scripts to handle various topics during calls.
• Identify customer needs and seize opportunities to upsell effectively.

Location: 552 B block Settellite Town, near Homeo Sabeel Clinic, Rawalpindi

Full-time in-house position with shifts from 4 PM – 2 AM and 8 PM – 6 AM.
