Job Description
CALL BOX BPO is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Level 1 representative. In this role, you will provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues with our SaaS platform, documenting customer interactions in our CRM, and assisting customers with account setup and best practices.
We require candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of customer service experience, and fluent English. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time (Night Shift). The monthly salary ranges from Rs90,00.00 to Rs120,00.00.
