Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a dedicated Vocational Program Coordinator to oversee our operations and ensure successful program execution. This full-time position involves:
- Operations Management (50%): Collaborating with the production team, managing schedules, delegating tasks, overseeing training operations, and engaging with field teams.
- Monitoring (30%): Conducting site visits, preparing detailed reports on program success and challenges.
- Data Management & Reporting (20%): Maintaining a database, generating performance reports, and creating visual representations of trends.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 2 years of experience, and strong analytical and project management skills.
Location: Karachi (commuting/relocation required)
