Job Description

S.M.J International Industries is seeking an experienced Aftersales Supervisor to oversee aftersales operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within our dealer network. This role includes addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting performance issues, coordinating repairs, and gathering product performance feedback.

Qualifications:

• D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
• 4–5 years of relevant aftersales experience.
• Strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.
