Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals (Male & Female) to join our team at SastiFlight.com as Call Centre Representatives. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.

Qualifications: Minimum education: Matriculation / Intermediate or higher; Strong communication in Urdu and English; Basic computer skills.
