Job Description

A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound call systems
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Handling customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, experience in a UK-based company is a plus
• Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs45,00 per month, including incentives up to Rs15,00
