Job Description

S.M.J International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to enhance our operations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction within our dealer network.
Responsibilities:
- Manage aftersales operations and customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate repairs.
- Collect product feedback and collaborate with internal teams.
- Maintain records and generate activity reports.
Qualifications: D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical, and 4–5 years of experience in aftersales service.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month.
