Job Description

HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the position of Field Assistant / Field Officer.

Location: Mirpur (AJK) & Bhimber

Salary Range: 50,00 to 70,00 PKR

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to farmers.
• Assist in agricultural project implementation.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor crop conditions.
• Compile and analyze agricultural data.
• Organize training sessions for farmers.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
