Job Description

Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional support. Your role will also include gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience with Avatar (preferred).
• Basic English proficiency with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to handle 600-800 calls daily.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability.

Shift Details: Full-time, 8.5 hours per day.

Pay: Rs. 17,500.00 – Rs. 120,00.00 per month.
