Job Description
ASK Development, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. The role involves:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35 years old
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call centers
Salary: Rs 45,00 including incentives up to Rs 15,00
Shifts: Rotational for males; morning shift only for females. Work from home is available after probation.
