Job Description

Dura Polymer Industries is seeking an experienced Dispatch Incharge to supervise and coordinate all dispatch activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise scheduling and routing of deliveries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Manage and train dispatch staff, including drivers and loaders
• Oversee performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Review and process dispatch orders accurately
• Verify dispatch documentation for accurate delivery records
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics; 3-5 years of experience; ages 25-40; male applicants preferred.
