Job Description:
- Maintain records of communications between schools and departments.
- Manage dispatch and receipt of mail as per SOP.
- Assist in data collection and entry.
- Liaise with accounts to ensure timely subsidy release.
- Support daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate academic supplies distribution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
