Job Description
Mablay Beauty (VINCÉ) is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in FMCG and Personal Care Products or Cosmetics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and training the sales team for the assigned territory.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Building relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Developing new markets to improve sales.
Qualifications:
- Business Graduate in Marketing or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines.
