Job Description

Join Abacus Consulting as an Operations Team Lead! In this role, you will proactively manage team delivery and ensure efficient processes, including time and attendance management. You will be responsible for resolving escalated inquiries and conducting return-to-work interviews.

Your key duties include monitoring calls, coaching team members, appraising staff, and maintaining training plans. You’ll play a vital role in team retention and operational excellence by providing constructive feedback and disseminating important information from clients promptly.

This position is a full-time contract for 11 months, with a monthly pay range of Rs 60,00.00 – Rs 70,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
