Job Description
As an Executive Secretary at Aziz Group of Industries, you will be the first point of contact for our executive, managing communications, scheduling, and various administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling emails and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Coordinating events and conferences.
- Preparing reports and correspondence.

Requirements:
- 5+ years as an Executive Secretary (Required)
- Drafting Letters: 5 years (Required)
