Job Description

Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking a resource with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our UK & USA-based project. Candidates must have packaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
• Generate and convert sales inquiries.
• Assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions.
• Maintain records and coordinate with design and shipping teams.

Note: Work hours are from 1 PM to 10 PM & 2 PM to 11 PM with weekends off. Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month plus commissions.
