Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to foster positive client interactions and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Document customer interactions.
  • Gather feedback for improvement.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Fresh candidates welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Job Location: Islamabad

Pay: Rs37,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
