Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer care or call centers
Salary: Rs 45,00 with incentives up to Rs 15,00. Free medical insurance included.
Shift: Rotational shifts for males, morning shift exclusively for females. Work-from-home available after probation.
