Job Description
PIB Consultants is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. The successful candidate will address inquiries, provide updates on services, and ensure alignment between clients and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, maintaining strong client relationships, collecting feedback for service improvement, and preparing reports. Additionally, you will assist in contract renewals and efficiently resolve any client complaints.
